Benjamin F. (Tres) Brooks, III

Born in 1962 in Oceanside, California, Benjamin F. Brooks, III (Tres) is the Founder and President of Brooks Realty & Advisory Group (BRAG). He is a second generation real estate developer and entrepreneur residing in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Brooks’ 25-year real estate career has been primarily focused on the acquisition, development, and disposition of large rural ranch properties in Arizona and Wyoming.
Mr. Brooks acquired his Arizona real estate license at the early age of 18 and his broker’s license at the age of 24. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona (1985) and the former president of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. Mr. Brooks started his own real estate sales and marketing company in 1994. The Brooks Companies currently have offices located in Scottsdale, Lake Havasu City, Kingman, Bullhead City, and Yucca, Arizona, along with offices in Cheyenne and Casper, Wyoming. Mr. Brooks is also the majority owner of Brooks-Clark & Associates, the second largest General Real Estate Brokerage firm in Lake Havasu City, Arizona with over 100 agents.
Mr. Brooks, a true expert in marketing ranch properties, has developed and sold over 20 large ranch properties in Arizona and Wyoming comprising over 500,000 acres. One of Mr. Brooks’ most recent accomplishments was the development and sale of America’s largest and most successful 40-acre ranch development called Stagecoach Trails which is located in Mohave County, Arizona and comprises more than 130,000 deeded acres. Stagecoach Trails set standard of success in the arena of land development.
Mr. Brooks is now looking to aggressively branch into other western states, including Idaho, Montana, Colorado and New Mexico in search of other fine ranch properties to develop and market. Mr. Brooks’ strongly believes in the old saying, “Don’t wait to buy land, buy land and wait!”
