Rick Anderson

Rick Anderson was born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa.  Moving to Arizona in 1991, Mr. Anderson attended Grand Canyon University and began to pursue a career in real estate. He worked as an agent on several substantial projects throughout the state of Arizona and was excited to bring his expertise to Brooks Realty.

As the Brooks Companies General Manger, Mr. Anderson is a key player in the acquisition process of all ranch projects. His expertise ranges from operations to development with a focus on surveying, road construction, extension of utilities, and long range land use planning. His ability to study and oversee ranch projects had made him an integral part of the Brooks team.
